When we first meet with you to discuss the project, we will talk with you about the history of your event, what you liked, what could be improved, your goals for the event and what you would most like to see happen. We’ll also gather some statistical history to use during negotiations with potential suppliers.
After our initial discussion, we get to work preparing a Scope of Work that outlines the project. This Scope of Work can include a proposed budget and initial timeline for the job. We always give you a fee for our services reflecting a flat rate so you don’t have to worry about tracking a supplier’s time.
After our agreement is reached, we join the team and start to work. We are happy to work with volunteer planning committees, Boards of Directors, or any other members of your organization in implementing the event or meeting. We have extensive experience in helping volunteer teams feel inspired, empowered and motivated to carry out the implementation of the event.
